An entire herd of deer was killed after being hit by lightening in Norway.
It happened on the Hardangervidda mountain plateau on Friday.
Among the 323 animals killed were 70 calves, according to Noway’s Environmental Protection Agency (SNO).
It says there had been bad weather in the area.
Five of the animals were also euthanised by the agency following the incident.
There are usually some 2,000 deer each year on Hardangervidda.
The SNO says samples have been taken from the animals as part of an investigation.
